No refunds will be issued unless otherwise specified. We accept payment in cash, by check, or with a card. A 4% surcharge will apply to card payments.

All used appliances come with a 60-day warranty. Within this period, if there is an issue, we will either fix the problem or replace the unit with another used unit. If we are unable to fix the issue or provide a replacement, we will refund your initial payment.

In the event of ordering a product that is not typically stocked, full payment is required upfront before placing the order.

Payment is to be made at the time of service. Please note that we do not provide free estimates for our services.
